The story takes place in 2088.

That peace was shattered when a mysterious hacker named Zero disrupted the system, throwing OASIS into chaos and turning the once-fantastical world into a battlefield on the verge of collapse.
At the same time, the Oasis came under attack from evil otherworldly invaders seeking to occupy and control the world.
Using data infection, the invaders corrupted the fantasy creatures that once inhabited the Oasis, turning them into dangerous monsters and launching attacks against its cities.
Once-prosperous cities were devastated, and the peace of the Oasis was lost.

As the crisis spreads, a group of chosen Saviors begins to awaken.
You are one of them.
As a Savior, you must lead heroes and troops into the resistance and rebuild your strength in a world damaged by invasion.
